All Novuss tables and game sets are manufactured to order.

Orders are typically prepared and dispatched on the 6th business day after the order is placed.

During periods of high demand, production times may be extended. If this occurs, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped via FedEx or other trusted international courier services.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email.

United States 10 –30 business days
Latvia 3 –8 business days

Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please:

- Take photographs of the package and product.
- Retain all original packaging.
