Order Cancellation

Because each product is manufactured individually after the order is placed, returns due to change of mind are not accepted after shipment.

Production begins after the order is placed, and completed products are typically dispatched on the 6th business day.

Customers may cancel their order and receive a full refund within 5 business days of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or returned due to a change of mind.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

We take great care in manufacturing and packaging our products.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:
- your order number;
- a description of the issue;
- clear photographs showing the damage or defect.

After reviewing the claim, we may offer:
- replacement parts;
- product replacement;
- or a refund where appropriate.

Shipping Damage Claims

All shipping damage claims must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for replacement or compensation.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after approval.

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

Non-Returnable Products

Because our Novuss tables and game sets are manufactured to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges after shipment due to:
- change of mind;
- ordering the wrong product;
- personal preference;
- no longer wanting the item.
